Description

Spyderco C230GPBN15V Lil Native Brown G10 15V Plain Edge

The Lil’ Native proudly distills all the key qualities of Spyderco’s iconic Native model into a compact, easy-to-carry gentleman’s folder. This limited-edition Sprint Run version supercharges the Lil’ Native Compression Lock design with a blade crafted from CPM 15V, an extraordinary material that boasts the highest wear resistance of any cold-work tool steel available today. Its unique alloy composition contains almost 15 percent vanadium to create an exceptionally high volume of vanadium carbides in its microstructure. In knife blades, that translates to unparalleled cutting performance and edge retention. Our elite CPM 15V knives are further enhanced by a specialized heat-treating protocol developed by renowned custom knifemaker Shawn Houston. This remarkable Sprint Run Lil’ Native faithfully includes all the defining features of the standard Compression Lock model, including nested stainless steel liners, a high-strength Compression Lock, and a reversible deep-pocket wire clip. To highlight its membership in our CPM 15V family, it also features brown peel-ply-textured G-10 handle scales and Shawn Houston’s “Triple B” logo laser engraved on the reverse side of the blade.

Spyderco

Spyderco was founded in 1976 by Sal and Gail Glesser. In 1981, the Glessers put down roots in Golden, Colorado and introduced the first Spyderco folding knife. That knife pioneered the concept of a round hole in the blade for one-handed opening, a clip on the handle for carry at the top of the pocket, and the option of a serrated edge for aggressive cutting performance. Since then, Spyderco has steadily grown to become one of the leaders in the cutlery industry. In addition to a worldwide distribution network and manufacturing resources in the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Italy, and China. Those Who Know, Carry Spyderco.
